Therefore, some targets in the field of mental health and substance and alcohol use prevention have been included in the National Action Plan for Prevention and Control of Non-communicable Diseases and Related Risk Factors. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:13pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="font-style:italic"><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="font-style:normal">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <b>Methods: </b>Keeping in mind the key priorities, important strategies have been considered for attaining the main targets in this field.
