In the routine examination of the neonate, abdominal protrusion was noticed. Then milk intoterance, inability of meconium passage and vomiting developed, during workup, a diagnosis of CD was confirmed. Although CD is rare in the neonatal period, it should be considered in the differential diagnosis of abdominal protrusion.
